 Do you want to become a part of the whale shark research team, visit the Maldives and be a part of something special? Come and swim in the crystal clear, tropical waters and sleep on a boat under the stars while contributing to the protection and conservation of the whale shark.

Join the Maldives Whale Shark Research Programme team in the Maldives and free-dive with this vulnerable species of sharks. Carry out every aspect of the research involved including swimming, photographing, and measuring the whale sharks, taking part in community workshops, guest trips and presentations as well as updating the MWSRP database of whale sharks.
